Politics: About Time
Anybody who has ever changed physicians about a hundred times because they were jumping through an insurance company's nausea-inducing hoops, take heart: The Supreme Court, thinks you're right for a change. The Court unanimously (!) upheld two laws in Kentucky which essentially compel insurers to accept as 'covered' any work performed by a willing medical professional.
The Bush administration asked the Court to uphold the Kentucky laws (!). Apparently, somebody over at HIAA forgot to write the monthly check to the NRCC.
