Politics: Speaks for Itself

From this morning's New York Times:

The Bush administration is relaxing rules that say hospitals have to examine and treat people who require emergency medical care, regardless of their ability to pay.

You can go ahead and figure out who will benefit from this rule, and who will suffer the most. I'll give you a hint about the sufferers: There are 1.3 million more now than there were a year ago.
